Wondering the same thing but nobody knows!

But according to SEC rules (if I read correctly) the last quarterly report from last year has to be filled within Jan 15th.

But there's a catch it seems, if they already filled 3 10-Qs last year that means they only got a 10-K left and the deadline for that is somewhere in March....which is a problem because I dont want to wait that long
