It might have been the best decision not to sell assets to Molycorp. Molycorp having its mine in CA I would bet they will not get it on line as they say due to the environmentalist suing every project that has to do with mining, logging, refining and etc. The even sue for supposedly the green projects like those mega solar plts in the CA deserts. So I bet Molycorps plt will be at least 2yrs behind schedule
