Well, when I posted this, I meant it:

There is a lot of value in the Tara Empire; so credit Rich for that.

It just needs someone who knows what they are doing to run it. I'm not sure Biscan could screw it into the ground so bad such that it would be worthless.

He needs to hire his replacement and until he understands that...well:
