You probably need to talk to your broker. Those .0004s are 4 and 5 deep, and probably represent 100 million shares. Last month this had a 500 mil volume day, and only closed up 66%. There's plenty of shares and your the only one claiming no ask fills. I see complaints on no bid fills, but none on the ask side.
