Again I ask,who represented calypso in the 2008 agreement? Who negotiated and signed that paper? Who gave Daic 100 million dollars, and the big chunk of the patent? Was it Patin,if so, where did he get the authority. What did Daic supposedly do to get it? Did the BOD vote on it? Its crazy and sad, that one guy has prevented this company from becoming a billion dollar co. for over 7 years, on plain BS. I"m exhausted. Another 6 weeks!!!!
