Hey, molee, you're welcome. I'm "sure" that sperber kept 60,000 of the preferreds that had cleared the one year restrictive period. JMO. I believe he, as a control person, needed to clear another 3 month restrictive period of not being a control person...which I'm not sure has passed. Will take another look at that. But then again...sperber never heeded the SEC rules and regulations, anyway, in my opinion...

I think the new owners will, initially, handle their preferreds with...restraint. It's the new financing that we have to monitor closely....
