I hope you are able to sing the same tune this time next year and prove us all wrong. You sound like most of us did early in 2010... Only to be left with nothing after a 2nd RS in two years. If that doesn't make you sick to your stomach, then I am not sure what will. Like someone stated before, "help the helpless, forget the clueless".

As far as DD, read post 24755 and the Q's filed in 2010 (along with all of the SEC inquiries). Any reputable company would never even think about filing late, let alone laugh in the SEC's face with it's inconsistencies found within their filings. IMO

I would look at your research again. I have been here for years and he has lied to us over and over again. I would not trust this guy as far you could throw a stick. He follows through with nothing pulls unannounced 2 R/S, lied about divy, lied to our faces about dilution, lied to us about just about everything. But he has a plan and as you can see the pps reflects his plan. Its called dump shares and raise A/S and rinse and repeat. If you call him he blames on everything except the billions of shares he dumps, he will tell you wild stories just call him and then after that look at what he does. So look again and if you can name one happy investor that has not been cheated out of there money then I would be surprised. This man has made statements to all of us then done the nothing for share value but dump more shares. Oh yes after every PR for days he dumps share just watch and learn. He likes 5000 and 10000 dumps and vert will be on l2 lol.
