Honestly, what is going on with this stock? Why don't we have a PR yet?

The stock didn't move on the Duke Study results being published because the public wasn't told it was published. The company needed to put out a PR! They didn't ...they failed or hey dont care at this point (8-10Billion outstanding) and we RS soon.
