Per ENTI's CEO Anthony DiBiase on 12/22/10 podcast, some
really great information and disclosures:

...Assembled powerhouse of people to make the Uplisting to the OTCBB happen,
with ultimate goal to trade on the NASDAQ.
... ENTI has the products and technology to get there.
... ENTI has already secured a Market Maker to help attain and maintain a price of .02 to .05 to facilitate the Uplist.

ENTI has already signed a term sheet for a $20 million Letter-Of-Credit (LOC).
This is in place, and the only contingency is the Uplisting.
ENTI CEO Tony has the team in place to do it.

Regarding MusicMatrix Membership counts:
The numbers of 1,000 to 2,000 are not accurate from the previous Friend Search count.
It is inaccurate on the very low end.

ENTI is signing up at least 100 to 200 new Members per day.
Out of those, 70% are Paying Members at $9.99 or $14.99.
Of the 70%, 40% are $14.99-paying Members.


Views are great on videos, but views don't pay the bills.
Memberships and Revenue pays the bills.
ENTI's bottom line is turning views into Subscribers.
Tony has a lot of things in place to do that.

Tony indicates that he'll be announcing many high-level Artists in many different genres in 2011.
