#725 RE: gti #724

gti, it appears that LGCP is being pumped so they can dump the new shares issued. When a stock flys on no news it usually means the stock is thinly traded enough so that a few guys can buy and sell to each other to pump up the price.
The alternative is that insiders are driving up the price on secret news. (Dream on)
If you look at the news there were a lot of shares issued at 30 cents about a week ago.
Good examples of this were ASTM in the 2000 stem cell bubble when it went from a buck to $8 in a few weeks and was massively shorted after it reached $5... I think over 30% of the stock was shorted in less than 2 days.
Recent examples are TAGOF after a massive dump of 4 million shares and PLRS which issues stock at 10 cents in dilution after dilution at 10 cents and still trades at 30 cents on no news or sales.
Also a good one to watch was the dump by CBAI after the wife traded her promotion company to the husband for shares in a cord blood outfit. This exchange appears to have been called a 145% jump in revenues that may have burned more than a few.
I think there are enough free trading shares in FMNJ to prevent this as a massive jump would prompt holders to sell to pumpers at thier expense. Also the news here at FMNJ appears to be real. If not Melgarejo would be wise never to return to the USA. The clown from Worldcom is looking at three life sentences for pumping ... too bad they let Ted Turner get away on the AOL - Time Warner pump that burned stockholdres for about 6 billion.
