Nice letter. Don't think it will do much, but still nice effort. I think it is very obvious to all that they want this private. And no, they don't need to issue pr's or do anything IR related besides issue their needed filings, which they have always done. In this case it is called "buyer beware". In other words, many of us knew they were low on the PR and IR front, but we bought anyway. They have more than lived DOWN to my expectations as far as getting the company out there to the public eye. IMO these guys are even worse than your typical scammer ceos. At least those guys make an effort to PR and IR the company. In this case, they just don't care about the average shareholder imo. To have an attitude like they do, where the "shareprice will take care of itself", is just pathetic imo.
There is nothing I know of that can many a company start to be more PR and IR friendly. So, if they want to take this private, the only way I know to stop them is to buy up more than half the OS, and I don't see that happening.
