I can probably answer that--a PIPE is material information which concerns shareholders. Material information needs to be disclosed but if it's delayed for some reason...but some of the public finds out...such as the people actually investing in the PIPE...then one step of a remedy is to immediately make that information public.
Yes, you can say that Mr. Bordynuik was merely naive here and merely stupid there and merely incompetent in another place. You can certainly rationalize all the foibles and discount all the false statements as 'honest mistakes' but there are so many. At some point you should objectively think about whether or not everything still smells right to you.
Production has been "days away," "soon," etc... for a really, really long time. Just when you think it's here...it's not. Mr. Bordynuik still hasn't announced what's currently holding up production and sales and it's been a month since he got the 'go ahead' to start making those massive profits. Do you at least suspect something might not be completely right here?
