I love this post. I'm actually lol.ing.

This company does not need to be destroyed for personal gain. This company needs to be embraced for the health of the planet.

Going back to the very beginning JBII looked like a good canidate to be manipulated to the downside. Especially after the huge run a little over a year ago.

JB has accomplished a great deal in a very short time frame, and there is very little doubt in my mind that JBII has the goods to change the way humanity recycles plastic.

Let me help you out again too, for your convenience, from my original post:

Date of First Sale 2010-04-15
AGM: 2010-04-24

So the problem is the PP was already underway almost 2 weeks prior to the AGM. To not mention this then at the AGM is ...?

How do you resolve this Johnik?

Is there nothing to resolve? If not, apparently you are satisfied that the future PP talked about at the AGM was not the same as the one being executed simultaneously with it-- no worries.

Interesting that the initial reaction posted on this board post-AGM was that a PP was not underway-- suppose people hear things differently. Also suppose that's why semantics are important IMO
