Thanks for the link...noticed that ALL of those companies are now CURRENT for Pink sheet requirements. Congratulations, you just reinforced for everyone that Val's choice in cousel was prudent! He seems to have no problems getting this task completed.

Attorney Michael Corrigan and EquitiTrend have the same address:

Does anyone else find that interesting?

It seems that Val may have attempted to hide this fact by submitting info to Pink Sheets that shows Corrigan's address as:

Corrigan Law
Carmel Valley Centre II (without the street address and suite #)
San Diego, CA, 92130

and submitted the address for EquitiTrend Advisors as

EquitiTrend Advisors, LLC
11995 El Camino Real, (no suite # was given but other sources show it as #301)
San Diego, CA, 92130

The letterhead for the attorney Michael L. Corrigan shows the full address.

FWIW Suite 301 at that address may be an "executive suite" occupied by many companies and also used only for mail and as an answering service.
