As retail you can't trade any pink sheet stocks in premarket and afterhours. You can however trade OTCBB stocks in premarket from 8am on but only through ARCA, not through any other MM or exchange. Of course only if you have a broker who lets you filter through ARCA in premarket. Afterhours OTCBB is not possible.
