It matters if you want a higher rate of return of your speculative investment (assuming if does pay off).

It would not matter which one is a better value if in the end it will be a total loss.

As of right now, all preferreds are considered overvalued based on the current POR/GSA.

Oh Jerle, I really think you could play Eeyore sometime with statements like that (jk). Stay strong my friend, We are (imo)in the home stretch with one or two shakes left. Terry Brooks would love to put a spin to this tale. WAMU has all the evil and heroic creatures you would want.
