600 million new shares issued to Labarre at .0002 per share to pay him his bloated salary. This represents huge dilution of almost of 25% just to pay that bum discounted stock for a salary he doesn't deserve. (why would this lying scumbag get one penny for his salary? All he has done is lie to investors and put forth forged and faked documents to them to scam them over a phony gold mine)

LaBarre must feel that the stock is only worth .0002. That is probably .0002 more than it is really worth but it is also a 75% discount to its current price.
