was gotten for 8 mil VCTY common shares... go figure.

And they are selling to EVDR for a pledge of 800 Mil shares???

is something wrong with that picture?

the ASCC portion is not the money making side of the company... it is all in the filings. Revenue is something like .87 mil for that subdivision.
