I think he has a valid point nobody can offer proof that Dennis Fisher stole the identity, further complicating such a thought is the IRS, as they would not be so kind in a stolen identity owing them taxes one would think. It is truly a confusing issue as there is some evidence that there may be such a problem with statements from Officers and employees indicating the same issue that he is not who he says he is. So really a potential problem for many things including if this ticker can move forward or not for the next company in the future as if it is true than BEHL may be done since the only real people left were the ones that resigned. That also depends on whether the amendment was signed by Rawson, or if the additional page 2 of 3 was part of that original amendment.
