I wonder if they announce a partnership - where the SP would sit. I think with private funding, this will shoot above .06 easily; however, with a partnership...... would it go higher or lower than .06

If anyone has ever experienced this before - would love to here it.

I was in PIR when they were able to restructure their debt and in SIRI when they got another line of funding from Liberty. But not sure how it works here in the biotech space.
