I am long on MSEP and have been feeling much the same as you.
I do know that I really have nothing to worry about though. I have spoken with Dave and Mark and know that they are working diligently at running this "NEW" business venture.

They are not going to stop working and give up because the share price has declined recently. They are working harder than ever to create a money making business. I think that as soon as the 10K comes out or the next PR, we will all be pleasantly surprised by what the company is doing.

The best thing to do at this point, IMO, is to buy more shares at these discounted prices.
Not pumping - that is my honest opinion about where this is going.

ecp...you just never know how investors will react to a filing. I have seen GOOD 10K's come out and then watch the stock sell off and I have seen so so 10K's come out and watch it ballon.

My guess on MSEP is that investors are going to like what they see in the K, a very clean financial report and a VERY nice outlook going forward and I think they are going to buy the hell out of this stock at these prices. It's a steal!! But what do I know...LOL
