don't buy in...company is going nowhere any time soon...CEO refuses to release news worthy PR's...dilution continues....their are about 20 sharholders obsessed with the company and buying it's shares...All momentum in the charts are short lived and you will be rushing to sell before the next guy 2 minutes after your first buy...
