Of course the SEC will cast the final say but one has to look at all the events that have taken place in terms of what has been discovered.
One can not simply put aside the fact that the geologist name they used was changed, the first buyer's name and company were misspelled, the bios from the management were found to be exactly the same as people form real companies.
Then look at the filings where they swapped the managements bios around and even misspelled their names on the Nevada SOS site.
Even the incredulous listing of silly accusations was a copy and paste job.
Tell me, after all of these questions have been asked and the company hasn't responded AT ALL, how can you find this company not to be in question?
IR isn't even answering their phones. I wonder how long it will be until that number is disconnected.
Also, the 2nd buyout offer...who is that company and why can't ANYONE find ANYTHING about them? With this day and age of the internet, all companies have at least a small presence on the internet.
Too many red flags to give this company any inkling they are real
