Look at the June numbers...

They had the same comment and the stock went nowhere.

I do not know what is done in the US but in Nova Scotia, the government does not audit, your accountants do that. The local securities people will only comment or cease trading if it is misleading. I owned an oil stock once and that is what happened to me.
