Yea.. that's pretty f-ed up..I'd asume those shares do not fall within the float, but still. My question now..is do they own the shares or securing them as collateral? That really doesn't make any sense at all, they wouldnt possibly give away over 28 million dollars in shareholder value for $300,000.
Certainly not the ideal financing provbay though I know these little companies get pretty inovative when it comes to financing so it won't make any change in my position to own it for now though of course I'd have rather seen them get better terms...appreciate the heads up!
