FYI, Mark did not pay $$$ for those shares...

People keep repeating that he "bought" those shares, but that amount of $$$ was never brought into the company, per the filings...

It would be pretty dumb to pay that much $$$ for a position, then issued many times that amount at a fraction of .01... as ALTO is currently doing
