Your response absolutely makes NO sense at all.

The catalyst is reported as the major key to JBI's process. So what plan would there to get right without the catalyst? I do not understand your point.

And as far as getting a plan RIGHT with regard to the DEC discussion? Well the reality this is a first for DEC and JBI, so getting it "right" is happening but does take time. Your posts seem to suggest that this is some cookie-cutter process like applying to establish a simple gas station or build a convenience store. This notion is malarky.

And I find your suggestion odd because you post extremes like comparing JBI's process to the nuclear industry and then make other posts suggesting there is some simple plan JBI should have gotten right in pursuing the permits for this new technology. I find your points all over the place.
