Happy New Year HR and thanks for being a wealth of DD this past year!

What do you think the possibilities are/were that they might have some how included Daic in the settlement talks with Tmob even though they did not have to? I realize there was personal issues between some of the players but it would have been a great way to possibly settle two cases at one time.
