I sure would appreciate the original link to verify that picture. Looks like it has been cut and pasted to me. Tried to click on the one at the top and it said I did not have subscriber access. Vincent J. Smith is still in the bail bond business although relocated to Atlantic City and is not the same Vincent J. Smith. Here is the link.
