Howard, "I believe" TIV is consistently carrying heavy shorts - those shorts could've pushed pps to the 1.05 range on a short squeeze. REMEMBER: Trading Markets published an article that was well over a week old when this occurred. That publication would've definitely caught shorts by surprise.
The Trading Market article may have triggered a whole new market of investors - so too a "volatile" market, heavy swings due to longs having exited the market for income tax purposes. AND, immediately thereafter, TIV published yet another press release regarding investors forfeiting their A & B warrants, in order for TIV to avoid further dilution.
For those of us who've been with this company for years know - the peaks NEVER last. And the best peak you can hope for is a squeeze! Because we've YET to see ANY real NEW information regarding additional financing - something TIV desperately needs.
Soooo, yes - the million dollar question is: WHO and WHY all this buying????
IMO - insiders are generating volume. $1.05 pps? A short squeeze.
The 20 million dollar question is: WHAT on earth would insiders know that we don't? I can ONLY SURMISE it may be news regarding the gold property at Shorty Creek. The previous CEO was working on negotiations in that region before he was replaced. Gold at $1400's these days, perhaps we have a buyer?? China? THM? ?????
AGAIN, such a notion is MY FANTASY - not based on facts, but purely an assumption. I can't possibly imagine ANYTHING ELSE to justify all this volume.
