By the way, one is NOT a substitute for each other, but it is useless to go into a basic investment concepts lesson on a lousy pink sheet stock board!

Of course the announcement was months ago, but since it has yet to be executed obviously it is confusing investors like yourself. The sticky will help clear that up. Look at the confusion here! Thinking a small buyback is a substitute for a 1000 to 1 reverse split? Claiming the CEO made statements that she NEVER made? Unbelievable!

That was from TWO years ago, my mistake! Why is that a sticky? TWO years ago, that is not news. What is NEWER news is that there is a buy back instead, and NO R/S whatsoever.
