yes, some folks confuse easily-

for example, the Spencer's held ~65% before the buy back, now they hold only 53%. Of course since they are personally guaranteeing all GOSY debt it would be very imprudent of them to not have over 50% ownership.

Anyone that wants to sign up for $1M in debt and no control, please step forward!! LOL-
