we have so many frustrated people with this stock, that are willing to sell at the first chance this thing hits .0020....even lower maybe. just to get out of here...and that is exactly why the MM were doing this whole time .Bring the PPS as low as possible so that when it starts to rise, most people will bail out cuz they had enough by then..only to end up chasing it later when it goes to .0050-0060.. not wanting to miss out on a chance of going to peny land....and that s how that buy high sell low works...and they become bagholders all over again....some people just never learn, but i do know how hard it is to watch your portfolio get smaller and smaller every day..

I looked it up, you are right on 1/2 of your statement, Any sale traded goes in the year it was traded as a loss,not the settlement date, any stock [Not] just shorted stocks .
