Think of them as being in an undisclosed location like Cheney.

At least some of the ‘egregious’ statements were made after the Endeavour acquisition which in my opinion might make Chad and Kent at least partially responsible. Jack is accountable no matter where he is.

Custer County Drillers Inc. own 2,021,990 shares or 5.6% of Aspen and are located in a well known tax haven (or tax shelter) area, P.O. Box 156, Hibiscus Square, Pond Street, Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos Islands. Aspen Energy Group is a Nevada Corporation where assets can stay hidden from the prying hands of an attorney.

We may not get our money back but we can do some damage.

Very important, that was by no means a complete list of misleading statements. In addition, we can attack on two fronts, the ‘egregious’ statements and the OSC investigation which may involve stealing directly from us.

It might be wise for me to mail you a copy of the November, Dominick & Dominick report if you have a P.O. Box or I can leave it at Tiffany & Co. South Coast Plaza if that is convenient for you.

I await your word, mon Capitan, Am

Hold off, they are meeting today regarding direction and breaking the silence.

Just received a return call from Carla Driedger.

She understood fully the importance of communication and that saying nothing is the worst possible scenario.

I stressed how difficult the silence has been and that even if things are bad at present it would very much help to know where we are and our vision for the future.

Calentine still uses a California telephone number, I requested an e-mail address for him so that I might welcome him aboard. I am not sure he will be our permanent CEO. Don’t quote me on the last.
