Thanks for your confirmation of that rule. I was posting it here as I think some were not aware of the rule as it was something new to me at such time.

As for Steve Parent, although he sits on the Advisory Board, he is not an Officer or Director here with SNEY:

He is basically the IR guy, for the most part, from what I have researched.

I am confident that whatever he had done with another company in the past where he was an Officer and Director, outside of SNEY, does not apply to SNEY and its future.

The production of their gold operations is what will prove the company's merit and not any history of their IR person. I really feel that if he had done anything truly that bad, then I think he would not have been allowed to have been affiliated as an IR guy for any public company.
