As with any biotech R&D company, each milestone (NDA accepted, drug approved, buyout announced, etc.) brings with it significant changes in the PPS. In the long term if 530 and 514 eventually get approved and are in the market place the difference between a $2.60 buy in and a $3.00 buy in will not mean much as it will easily be $30. There are a LOT of hurdles between here and there.
