Thanks , Hitman ....nuttin shows up . Fiscal year-end is Feb 28th so the 3rd quarter ended November 30th and the 10Q isn't due until Jan 15th . SEC suspension occured on Dec 17th and ends at midnight tonight with resumption of trading on the Grey Sheets Jan 3rd , 2011 .

A fortuitous glitch for SAEI when new investors on monday can't access the allegedly fraudulent news releases on I-HUB .
