I don't know about you, but when a CEO or the owner tells you your going to get something and then doesn't deliver, That looks BAD, He should have at least emailed Burkhard and say sorry but I don't think it's going to happen this week (I'm sure we all would have understood). When your that high up in a company people need to know that they can trust your word. I know the day is not over yet so I still have some hope that he will come through.
