I would make that statement due to the overwhelming stack of events that have been uncovered by some excellent sleuths.

Let's go over a few of them shall we?

No actual land ownership per the filings. They state to "acquire" but never actually filed any finished "intent"

No actual revenue other than a financing agreement to "borrow" money.

When you have NO REVENUE you can NOT announce a share buyback

The mysterious OXM company that can NOT be found and nowhere can ANYONE find where Onexim abbreviates their name so it is NOT Onexim

No one has been able to find a "Graig" Parham NOR a NEOSC Geomin that magically has the SAME PHYSICAL ADDRESS as Geomin International.

an Ni report that has the same coordinates as a real Ni report filed in a reputable Canadian system under a legit company but the land is renamed?!

The bios of the "management" are the same as other people, almost word for word?

The PR's having the same issue as the "management"?

Sudden change of management on the SOS filing?!

Second offer for buyout with another mysterious group?!

Shall I continue or is that enough?

I have been an investor for a while now and I can only post once a day on here. Martin i have always respected what your post say. What is funny to me is that one of the biggest things that are suppose to be the big SCAM for SAEI is that they lied on there PR's so therefore they are a SCAM. But I have read MANY and MANY of post on here that a STATEMENT was made that SAEI would NOT open on Monday and you would never here from the company again. To me these were there PR'S stating this and the FACT is the company is still around and if that is the case then these people lied on there PR'S so I guess they are running a SCAM. I mean if we are damning SAEI for false information should we not damn the people who put out false information that the company is gone and never to be heard from again. Just a thought!!
