The SEC has no choice but to let it open on Monday due to the fact that they can't extend a suspension nor can the suspend it again unless they have more causes other than what was filed as the reason for the suspension.
The suspension is severe enough as it now sends it to the Grey Market with no quotation services from any MM's.
You can't get any more of a warning than that regarding the risk here.
We all agree that it would be best, but that's just the way the SEC works.
