There never is with lawyer's around. Always holding back everything but IDCC did get money. They went from a $4 to I believe to $42 company stock today over a billion cash and going. IDCC sold Qualcomm patent rights for 2 million to keep the fight against Nokia going in court. Today Qualcomm is a $80 billion dollar company go fiqure. Owned them both at one time though..
