Tmob has a lot of problems of their own financially.

On that note, I'd hate to speculate.

Hopefully even a mediocre settlement with Tmob would help set the precedent for others to license, as well as help Calypso pursue damages from Diac since his actions are what really cost Calypso to suffer monetarily.

Wasn't the initial amount stated in the suit $500m? I can't remember where I saw that. That would be a nice beginning though..
Even half of that, just to get the ball rolling.

Is the quote in reference to only the T-Mobile case or for all carriers? Is this just public posturing with the intent to settle for a much lower figure? Only the insiders know at this point. Would $100 million make sense for T-Mobile settling first?
