think about why did/will this company reduce shares?.

1) makes profit..

2) possible buyout..

IMHO,

The share structure may still be a little too high to start talking about buy-outs but if they keep lowering it the right way (share buy back) and start making some real profit in Q1, then they just may be on the way to being a huge buy-out target.

I like recent developments very much and I hope they keep building on it and doing it the right way..
