Answer to both questions; "yes";

First, we know that WNBD could never raise enough money to distribute enough product to sell $20-$50 million worth and the potential market is nowhere that large as Winning Colours is not as great as the hype here says it is. That is ridiculous. If the did "announce" $20-$50 million in sales, it is very possible that share price would not change. For some reason so many people think there are thousands of people on the edge of their seat waiting to buy WNBD stock. Every lead up to a great announcement here leads to disappointment once the event comes true and the market does not care...again.

You think that announcing huge sales is aguarantee to move this stock? What if it does not as it could happen.
