The numbers we post for MXXH are based upon certain criteria such as:

1. OS at the time of the projections.
2. Matrixx does not continue a path of dilution.
3. The well is a productive one.
4. The estimated life time reserves from Matrixx become established.

The uncertain factors are the total expenses incurred by Matrixx during the drilling operation and the final SS. The thought process is based upon these factors.

hey, bmiles, why don't you tell them the story when you told the board you were going to go out and check on a well, found out it wasn't being drilled, came home and sold out your position, THEN told the board what you had discovered.
