I noticed the Date for the Hearing on the rest of the $400,000 has the date of Jan. 4th 2011 is this correct???

Funny..........out of my whole post the ONLY thing you commented on was the CEO and lawyer pay.............sounds like the problems with PN are way bigger than even I imagined.

But don't get me wrong, I do applaud you and your group in getting money together to keep the land leases together and to bring in your consultants to try to fix all the wrongs.........but your $400,000 (that we all expect to be approved next week) is far to little to even begin to get the mill running and the bigger problem is the one you have failed to address................the PN lawsuit.......no matter what you and your group do.........PN will be there in the end.
