Not likely, the company is on holiday break until January 3rd. It may have been just one or a couple of people who wanted some shares and that's the price you have to pay. Remember the float is only 20M shares right now and a good percentage of those shares are in strong hands, it would only take a small amount of buying pressure to drive the price.
