Here is what he emailed back in July 2010, when asking about his new company. He seems to be very clear on his intentions and also he is now accomplishing his goal. It also appears that Cornell is almost out...



Thanks for message. It's like a two step process. Yes, the new company is for real. I am trying to make money on it and myself buy out the initial investor to put him on sideline so he doesn't dump shares and holds down the price. We woul like to build business in the new company and acquire new business with certain financing. Then trying OTCBB or NASDaQ depending on size of acquired company.
