The Company is not aware of for what reason there has over the last two days been a significant abnormal trading activity. The Company has over the last several weeks not issued any shares and the Company itself or its management has not sold any shares to the market.

The Company and its management can only continue to do its best in executing a plan for building Ariel Way to become a strong and profitable company. The Company intends over the next several weeks and months, assuming developments per the plan, make significant announcements related to the build-up of the Company. This includes the filing of all outstanding quarterly and annual reports to SEC in order to become fully compliant again, with an intent to move to a higher trading platform and away from the pink-sheets.
