IMO, that has nothing to do with nothing.

If the SP goes down, the potential is for more dilution.

If the SP goes up, the potential is for less dilution.

If they don’t use all $75 million, you have less dilution.

Your math is wrong (.i.e if the $75M was sold and the pps stayed the same the new market cap would be 225M so the dilution would not be 50%. You are assuming the market cap stays at $150M which is yet to be determined as the shares sell.
